Olivette was stitched together in 1930 from four small communities along the old Bonhomme plank road, now Olive Boulevard, and it still balances the two sides of its inheritance: calm residential streets on one hand, a working commercial corridor on the other. For us that mix means two kinds of appointments. Driveway details in the neighborhoods around Stacy Park and Warson Park, where most homes are single family with their own pads, and workday details along Olive and the Dielman industrial area, where the daytime lots hold commuters from all over the county.
About a quarter of Olivette rents, mostly in low rise garden complexes, and those lots work fine for us too. The one thing every job here has in common is that nobody drives anywhere or waits in anyone’s lobby. We come to the car, carrying our own water and power, and hand it back finished.

Usually yes. Olivette's apartment stock is mostly low rise complexes with surface lots, which work well for us. We use a guest spot or an open corner with the property's okay, and interior details in particular fit almost any lot.
Yes. Workday details along Olive and near the Dielman business area are regular stops for us. The car gets cleaned while you work and nobody rearranges their evening.
Not to us. Olivette's housing spans decades and so do its cars. Whether it is a newer SUV or a fifteen year old sedan, deep cleaning and fresh protection make a bigger difference on older vehicles, not a smaller one.
